Can't go wrong with some rocky road right? Chocolate, marshmallows and peanuts.... all sounds great to me! It's so easy, you'll wonder why you haven't made this already.
Ingredients:
3 (12 oz) bags Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 (10 oz) bag Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Lightly Salted Peanuts
Instructions:
Lightly grease your pan, I use a 9x9 aluminum pan.
In a small sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips on low heat.
Remove from heat and add in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, mix well and add your mini marshmallows and salted peanuts and pour in your pan to harden.
